Madaniya Experts Hub
Madaniya is working on establishing an Experts Hub that includes a group of individuals and organisations with technical expertise across various topics. The goal is to enhance the institutional, programmatic, and operational capacities of our member organisations. Experts will provide services to Madaniya members through this hub at subsidised and affordable costs, with contractual terms specifically designed to meet the needs and capabilities of Madaniya members.
Recognising the diverse challenges faced by civil society actors and their varying needs in planning, delivering, and monitoring programmes with high quality and standards, we aim to develop this initiative in consultation with our members. By leveraging our collective resources and capacities, we aim to build a symbiotic work system that supports collective access to opportunities and services, while enhancing the exchange of expertise to serve the common interest of our civic work. The hub will include experts, both individuals and organisations, from Madaniya members and a group of partners.
Goals
The primary goals of launching this Experts Hub are:
-
Foster increased collaboration among member organisations by facilitating opportunities for them to exchange resources, skills, and expertise, encouraging mutual support for collective benefit.
-
Support member organisations with tailored services, skills, and resources to strengthen their institutional structures and operational and programmatic effectiveness.
-
Facilitate affordable access to tailored, high-quality subsidised services that are typically costly or inaccessible for some organisations to procure independently.
-
Offer a wide array of specialised services, both technical and strategic, addressing the diverse needs of our member organisations.
