Ashna for Development

Ashna for Development is a non-profit and independent organization that operates in Al-Hasakah and its countryside, Raqqa and its countryside, and the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor. They believe in the importance of collective work, civil peace, and shared living. They work on developing the local community, enhancing its capabilities and potentials, and prioritize the development of children and women as an investment in the future. They strive to establish the values of democracy, human rights, and civil society as stated in Article 5 of the organization's internal regulations. They aim to build a community free from violence, persecution, and oppression, where everyone, without exception, enjoys a safe and dignified life, where all obtain their rights without discrimination based on race, sex, color, religion, etc., and where they have the opportunity to improve their lives, capabilities, and skills.
