Round-table in Brussels

On October 17, Madaniya initiated its international engagement program with its member organizations. The first event took place in Brussels, where we held a round table session organized in coordination with the EEAS and attended by other offices and representatives of member states at the level of heads of missions from the Mashreq/Maghreb division, hosted at the European Union building. During the meeting, various representatives engaged in discussions on crucial issues related to Syria, including justice and accountability, the political future, and infrastructure, all within the context of being accountable to the civic space.
The primary objective of the international engagement plan is to promote collaboration across different sectors and address various topics while upholding Madaniya as a Syrian-led and funded initiative.
