Ali Hamade

Ali Hamade is a prominent lawyer and a human rights defender, with a track record in documenting human rights violations in Syria, particularly in Aleppo’s countryside. He is a leading member of the Free Lawyers Syndicate of Aleppo, and an active member in the Syrian Democratic Union. Mr. Hamade has been a vocal advocate of political change in Syria throughout his career. In addition to his political activities, he has been an ardent supporter of the Aleppo countryside's medical stations and hospitals, supplying medicine and medical supplies from his own storehouse.  

Mr. Hamade holds a bachelor's degree in Law from Aleppo University, a higher diploma in Socio-Economic Planning from the State’s Planning Commission in Damascus, and a master's degree from the Higher Institute of Demographic Studies and Research in Damascus.
